S2 broken when fitting case!

[AC Question]

I took delivery yesterday of brand new Galaxy S2. It came with a gold coloured book case. I spent hours trying to work out how to clip it in, as it just seemed too much hard work. I you tubed it, and sure enough the video said you have to press really hard to clip it in. I proceeded to clip it in successfully.....but the tablet is ruined. no display, just a random light on one side. Really very annoyed.....I can't believe I'm the only person this has happened to??

Take it back to shop, try warranty claim (dont like your chances), get it fixed/replaced and get the dealer to fit the case next time...
