S2 Gear can't complete update. Won't give the option of hard reset.

Watch simply vibrates with Samsung logo every few seconds. When i try hard reset, the only options are continue, download and power off. Doesn't charge properly either. Glows red and green charging ring disappears every few seconds. I'm guessing the update is incomplete. Worked great beforehand (although I couldn't manage notifications). Anyone? Is this toast? Do I need to send this away? Fixable?
