S2 watch won't charge

I've looked through other questions and not found my answer, so:

My wife and I bought S2 watches last year. Mine still works fine, and hers did too till last night. I placed it on the dock to charge for her and it will not charge. The yellow light occasionally flashes and the face will very occasionally flash on, but after being on the dock all night, it still won't come on. My watch charges on the same dock fine. I plugged it into a laptop and no luck. Someone mentioned holes in the backside of the watch, there are none. I just don't get it...

I don't think any home fixes will work. I believe you need Samsung for this....
