Yeah pixels have 11 already, and as Mike mentioned it be together 11/3.0 ,looks like a nice update when it comes .

I have it installed already, and I like the new UI design. There are definitely some weird UI issues and the Android 11 "controls" interface is nowhere to be seen, but overall I think this is a decent update so far

The public beta isn't full, are you looking at the developer beta? Because the public beta is for tmobile only, which is why unlocked can't see it.

phone was stuck at 85% for about 7 minutes that was scary but install is complete and phone is starting up now
