S20 FE from Amazon not working on Sprint

Has anyone ordered an s20 FE from Amazon and it not connecting to Sprint I can put a GSM card in it and it works just fine

Is it sim unlocked ? Carrier brand or unlocked version?

It's unlocked and they say it's incompatible with their system

Do you have the correct sim card? When I was with Sprint I had to get a new sim everytime I got a new phone.

Yeah they tried to add it to their system and they say its incompatible, Its unlocked and sim unlocked, about ready to return this phone or switch carriers..... tired of Sprints BS anyway

An unlocked phone should be able to be added onto T-Mobile system though. Can’t T-Mobile switch your phone number internally?

With the merger sprint/Tmobile which sim card they give you , Tmobile?

On unlocked s20 fe thats strange !

Well it's going back it .....works on other providers just fine but not Sprint.

Sprint no longer exists, why not just switch over to t-mobile?

Yeah I know but I have problem moving to strictly GSM, it causes problems in my building I work in.

I sent it back just gonna stick with my S10+, it's still solid and no problems. It's just me chasing new tech
