S20+ Low speaker phone volume

I just bought my wife an S20+ off eBay. Of course she fires it up and instantly says its broken because the speakerphone does not work.

I spent a few minutes and turn up the volumes then blasted a few songs on YouTube. YouTube is very loud, her ringtone is very loud, but I cannot get the speakerphone volume to go above a whisper. I confirmed that the sound is coming out the bottom speaker. The ear speaker is plenty loud but apparently she uses speakerphone often.

Any advice?

Try going to settings>device care > diagnostic at the bottom and test your speakers
