Considering PC monitors have their own uninhibited power supply and doesn't worry about stuff, I'd say the 120hz is good enough for what it is. Would have loved an option for 90hz though.

On the phone I'm honestly happy enough with 60hz. 120 doesn't feel any more responsive to me and like I said, just looks like fake soap opera effect smoothing. I'd rather have longer battery life than smoother looking scrolling in the settings menus....lol.

I disagree , with few of my phones have 90hz I would prefer that over 60hz any day .
