S20 Ultra Screen Blinks or Refreshes randomly

I just tried this and will update if this works! Been dealing with this issue for over 6 months!
(settings>apps>messages then turn off "appear on top". This should fix the issue.)

I THINK IT'S WORKED!!! I had tried the reset network setting (now trying to fix all those connections ugh!) But this one fix: settings>apps>messages then turn off "appear on top". SEEMS to have worked! I'm going to see if it's 100% fixed. Will update here if it doesn't prove to be a total fix. For now I think it worked! Fingers crossed.
