S20fe Recent Apps Screen Issue

When I lock an app to the 'recent apps' list, it often disappears after a while when I hit 'close all.'

I've tried re-locking several times and have allowed it to fully run in the background, never be put to sleep, and turned off the 'optimize battery usage' settings. It still disappears.

Is anyone else having this issue? Am I possibly overlooking a setting I need to turn on/off?

There is a security patch that was just released. Maybe that would fix it?
