Ok I'm on Verizon
My visual voicemail crapped out after a update early December.

Did the tech support thing for a hour or so no help.

Read about the update issue , swapped to a back up phone .

Have since received 2 more updates to the s21 AND did a full factory reset .

AND still no visual voicemail.

This is very frustrating
I get tons of voicemail. I need VV.

Does anyone have any Answers ?

Re: S21 5g update

Submit an error report after replicating the issue
Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports

I also have Verizon, but I use Google voice instead. I have my phone forwarded after 3 rings to my Google voice number.

I'm using the paid version .

Thing is I guess it's just a s21 thing. I tried a new fold for a week and VV worked just fine.
That's what prompted me to try a factory reset . But it still gives the same error. Irritating to say the least. For now I'm just using my pixel 5 . But I really prefer the Samsung experience honestly.

That's very weird. I have the paid version and Verizon. I just got the Android 12 update on my S10+ yesterday, and my paid VVM app worked fine.

Re: S21 5g update

So sorry for your wasted 5 seconds clicking on it. Just put me on ignore thanks .

Hilarious response lol.
Got my popcorn hoping for more witty "yes! slay queen" replies.

But back to topic.
I'd give another vote for Google voice. My Verizon work number also defaults to my Google voice-mail. I find it makes it so much easier.

But every use case is different. Works for me and I'm semi-quasi active on voice-mail since I never answer calls on that number and interact with probably 80 voice-mails a week.

Stay gully!

How does the voicemails show up on Google voice ?
Is it a stand alone type app or do they come in as a text message ?

Look at the 4:30 and 8:40 time mark on this video https://youtu.be/KGTy-d2N2PU

You can use the app or the web interface.
I mostly use the web interface for voicemail since that fits best with my workflow and how I use the voicemail transcripts.
