S21+ Phone Calls - Everyone can hear as if i am on Handsfree

Hi All,

Making/Receiving calls, my partner can hear both sides of the telephone conversation as If I had handsfree on, but its not

My previous phone S20+ didn't have this issue

I have just received a new company phone Samsung A12, it seems to have exactly the same issue.

Any thoughts/ideas?

Any help would be appreciated

Do you mean that the person on the other end hears themselves echoing? Are you using a headset?

Have you tried lowering the in call volume?
