If anyone could recommend a good screen protector that would be great. I would rather glass but I want something that the fingerprint scanner still works and is very responsive. I'm open to a film but I don't trust a lot of the reviews on Amazon so pictures or experiences with a link to the screen protector would be great. Thanks!

Everyone is gonna recommend Whitestone. Haven't used one myself but they're the best glass one for these fps.

Agree white stone , little bit learning curve but hard to beat it , and expensive but does also protect

Keep getting more expensive every year... Waiting on mine to come in with the new jig-a-ma-thingy to install the tgsp.

Got get them when deals come and subscribe to emails Saving, but yeah not cheap but I don't have insurance on my phones over 5 years and need some kind of protection so it's worth it to me .

No doubt...best believe I use those deals thru email and checkout codes!

I have a glass one on now but it's too smooth. I like a little bit of resistance so I'm in the market for a clear film type protector.

Screen protectors are for wimps.... live a little, just use a good case and give your phone to a 5 year old boy for the day. Everything will be fine  :D

I prefer the feel of stock glass but just within a couple months after I took the sp off, I've got hundreds of minute scratches.

IQ Shield makes a really nice film and has a great feel. Hard to tell it's on. Has helped my screen stay intact through numerous drops and slides. As good as Ghost Armor used to be.

I also like the feel of the stock glass, and especially the quickness of the fingerprint sensor. And in the past I've never used a screen protector until I accidentally dropped my Galaxy S9 on the hard asphalt pavement and watched it land flat on the screen face. Of course, the screen cracked and I had to pay a few hundred dollars to have it replaced at a local fixit shop (they ended up replacing almost the entire phone because of the integration with the screen). So for my previous S10 I ended up getting a TPU protector which made the screen feel rubbery (it was a self-healing material). Now that I'm using the bare screen again it just feels to smooth. I'd like to try a glass protector but I'd hate to go back to a poor fingerprint sensor experience.

I am trying the zag invisibleshield glassfusion+ this time. Seems pretty good, they call hybrid glass. Fingerprint works good, only issue is would like it a little longer, when I use button gestures at bottom of screen, feels very rough/sharp edge.

That's the one I want to get Zagg cause of the kiosk in the mall they will put it on and if it ever messes up I get another one and just pay like 8 bucks to put it on.

I am not sure if it is a big thing in America, but I live in Canada and have used Ghost Armor for my last 5 phones and I am a heavy user with my phone going in my jacket pockets, pants etc with keys and change. That being said I have not had an issue, knock on wood. Picking my s21U on Monday and the Ghost kiosk is 20 feet away from the Samsung store, yeah me. Moving from the s20U and im really looking forward to is the camera upgrade. And yes, the fingerprint sensor works great with the film material

I would certainly like to use a tempered glass screen protector for the feel and smoothness, but I don't want to sacrifice having a bad or poor experience with the fingerprint sensor. So, I opted to order this TPU Film protector instead,

EGV 3 Pack Screen Protector Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S21

It's received good reviews and apparently works fine with the FPS. The only thing I'm worried about is the feel of this TPU product since my previous screen protector for my S10 had a very rubbery feel. Since using my new S21 without a protector, I don't want to go back to a rubbery touch surface again. I'll report back how well this protector works after it arrives later today.
