S21 Ultra Bluetooth issue in Truck

My S21 ultra keeps dropping hands free mode and switches to handset mode randomly while on a call. Almost as if was dropping the Bluetooth connection. I've had my Ram for a year now with a Note 10+ 5G and a Note 20 ultra and did not have this problem with either. Any ideas on what I can check or do? Thanks!

Is there any updated firmware for the head unit in your truck?

Is your phone's wi-fi connecting to anything when this happens? 2.4 GHz wi-fi can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth, so see if it happens if you turn off wi-fi.

Is this a app you using, truck Bluetooth only or AA?

My wifi was off.
Truck is on the latest firmware.
Phone is up to date.
I don't use Android Auto.

I've run two different phones without this problem in the same truck. (2020 Ram 1500 with the 12" screen) A Note 10+ 5g and a Note 20 Ultra.

Does this happen every time? What about in Safe Mode?
