My s21 ultra (unlocked on Verizon network) won't auto-rotate to landscape/portrait. Stuck in portrait mode. I've toggled the "auto rotate" setting multiple times and restarted the phone multiple times. But I do think it's actually a hardware issue because when I open the surface level app, it's not showing that the phone is rotating.

Anyone else having this issue? Or know any potential solutions?

I do like the Ultra but I've been having quite a few issues with network (Verizon voicemail refuses to load even after 3 hours on the phone with their tech help).

Unfortunately that didn't help.
Just wanted make sure no 3rd party apps was causing this , ok so long press portrait(the words only ) in the pull down notification panel and toggle all those on in there ?

Are you able to open the Hardware Test Mode on your device by entering... *#0*# into the dial pad. This feature is removed on some minority variants ***

This should open the Hardware Test Mode, (screenshot #1) from where you can select, "SENSOR". and check that your, "Gyroscope Sensor", is functioning correctly by using the SELF TEST options, (see screenshot #2)

*** Alternatively, you can install DevCheck, free from the Google Play Store and under SENSORS you can check your GYROSCOPE. See... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=flar2.devcheck

Hope this helps.
