By January many people will be choking on Covid and many more will be broke. So yes, let's make a new phone that few can afford and even fewer will buy...makes sense to me...I mean heck we're rounding the corner right? SMH

^It's certainly a rough time for the USA but many countries are doing great. Japan, S. Korea, Australia etc.

Our leadership has failed us but the world keeps turning. Also, even in America, people are still buying phones.

Samsung has a phone for every budget. If you need to upgrade this January but can't afford the s21, there are other options. I chose the FE, myself.

I'll never understand why people always think they need to upgrade every year anyway. If you do, that's great. But Samsung will be targeting S9 and S10 owners.

I'm happy I don't have to worry about the s21. Samsung did a great job future proofing their latest flagships.

I agree about Samsung futureproofing their devices. I'm actually still feeling pretty great about my S10 after a year of use.

I currently have the S10 Plus got it when it first came out. Husband had one too. We bought unlocked and we're still with Sprint and was having the worst signal problems. But it was a known issue with the s10s. We switched a Verizon still had problems. His signal was way worse than mine and he sent his phone back to Samsung and they put a new motherboard on and it was a difference of night and day. Now he has great signal and on an occasion I don't have good signal and have to go into airplane mode and back where he will have signal. but anyway mine's still not as bad as his was in the beginning but I guess I should have sent my phone into and I didn't want to. You shouldn't need a new motherboard on a brand new phone.

But anyway I'm interested in the s21 plus maybe the ultra but I think the ultra is going to be way too big for me. And we have Verizon we're on 5G plans I'd like to be prepared for when we do get 5G. And if I can get a good deal on my S10 Plus and I'm saving $50 here and there for when the phone comes out I'll have money to purchase it outright.

And if it does have pen support hopefully they'll be a good pre-order deal maybe you'll be able to buy a free one with ever much they give you towards accessories. But then I guess there won't be nowhere to store the pen. I just want to go look at them in the store and I would like to hold both because the 21 plus is going to be 6.8 and a bigger battery. But the 21 ultra 7.1 and it's going to have a 5,000 battery but they both say 60 watt charging is that a faster charging than the S10 plus does? I wonder how much Samsung will be giving for the 10 Plus.

Really like the new camera module piece... metallic with the very subtle polished chamfered edges around the lenses and the outside edge of the module. I think they really took a chapter from their N20 design and looks great. If the rumors are true about the colors, trust me, it will pair up very nicely with White.

They really need to do this with the S21+/Ultra instead of the black slab covered in glass again. Metalic cover paired with rumored Black or Silver would be nice!

We'll probably go with the plus I think the ultra will be too big for me hubby may want it though. I was telling him about it today. Cuz we're coming from us 10 pluses so it's worth it for us to upgrade and we want 5G phones. If it's going to have a much better camera than I might want it if it's not too big for me.

I'm was fine with the look of the Note 20 camera.

I just saw on Samsung where they are giving $550 for the S10 Plus towards a Note 20 Ultra. I am waiting for either S21 plus or the Ultra someone said they are targeting S9 and S10 people so how much do you think the trade in will be for the S21? I was thinking 5 or 600 but 550 would be great too!

I'm leaning towards the Ultra but not cause of s-pen support but if they make cases that hold the pen I would consider getting a pen. Hopefully it will be a pre-order gift if this is true. Wonder if the pens will come in colors to match the phones?

I think if the next Fold includes S-pen support, Samsung will drop the Note. It doesn't make sense to have 2 similar flagships (S Ultra & Note). Also, the S21/30 S-pen supposedly does not have Bluetooth, which could mean that it will be available in a more expensive phone like the Fold.

I've been watching videos on the S21 I can't wait. The specs of the Ultra are great guess I'll do the Ultra with a pop socket on the case to hold it better cause it will be so big. I just hate that the Ultra will only be black and silver. I love the pink regular and the violet plus.
