Android Central Question

How do you get pics from a DSLR SD card to your phone? Ive tried everything possible and cant get anything to work, wont even drag and drop. Im really over this whole android experience.

I take out the ad card use this card reader to transfer to my PC. Once on my PC I then attach my phone to pc. And drag and drop

Since you cannot transfer from a SD card used on a DSLR directly to a phone without a SD card reader, you need an transfer medium. I've transferred some jpeg DSLR files from my computer to a Pixel 4XL a few times. Never tried transferring directly via a cord from a D850 (or one of my older models liked D300). All files have been loaded onto the PC, and were unprocessed, and then transferred to the Pixel.

What kind of DLSR and not sure a proprietary RAW file format would work; however, never saw a need to try and transfer a NEF file since I'm pretty sure nothing on my phone could read the file.

I cannot see why this process would not work on a S22U.

Don't like the android experience I can only wonder if it works on an IOS product. But it might; or it might not.

If the above suggestions don't work - try uploading them to Google Drive on your PC, then going to Google Drive on your phone and downloading them.
