Music Widgets Won't Drag on Screen

Since the last update July 7, 2023 I can no longer drag and drop a music widget to my screen on my Samsung S22 Ultra.
Samsung's music player and Spotify will work, but I use Poweramp and I can't get the Widget to stay. I also tried 2 other 3rd party music
players: Musicolet and Rocket Music and those apps give me the same issue. It's like my phone can't handle music widgets.
I called Samsung and let them go through it on "Smart Tutor" with no luck.
Appreciate if someone who had the same issue and was able to fix it let me know how.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- you have plenty of space on the homescreen for that widget? Have you tried dragging the widget to an empty homescreen?

Definitely,,,,I've had this phone for over a year. This is my 7th Samsung. Owned all the Note series until they're calling it the S22 Ultra.
I tried different widgets & they work fine.
Poweramp, Musicolet & Rocket Player widgets won't even go on a blank screen. Samsung's music app will.
This is really strange.

Check your administrator privilege on your device, go to settings what's there?

Poweramp widget on my S22 Ultra works fine using Nova or OneUI.
