Observing these dudes one more time before the cold front moves in this week and drops the temps into the 30s. Bonus Small Copper right before it could skitter away.

Lunar eclipse taken from my bedroom window this morning, start to almost finish (when the moon set). Tried so many different settings but couldn't seem to get the quality I wanted.View attachment 349715View attachment 349716View attachment 349717View attachment 349718View attachment 349719View attachment 349720View attachment 349721View attachment 349722View attachment 349723

They look great! I tried every pro setting possible and night mode. It was really difficult getting good focused shots. My lunar eclipse pics. Have a few more but the darker the moon got the less the phone wanted to focus. Tried playing with the Pro settings but couldn't make it do what I wanted. Was still fun. The last two are my favorites, they were taken around 6am as it was winding down View attachment 349724View attachment 349725View attachment 349726View attachment 349727View attachment 349728View attachment 349729

Cute little guy!At this point I'm considering the S22 a macro cheat code. This little jumping spider was no larger than 2.5-3.0 mm max, the lighting was poor due to overcast skies nd somehow it still captured some details like the eyes, and little hairs. I'm not sure how Samsung does it, but they just keep getting more impressive with their camera arrays. They are ESPECIALLY strong in macrophotography.
