S22+ texts not working, group texts and Starred texts not saving and

I've had NOTHING BUT ISSUES with the new S22+. No group texts come in ( go out/ are not rec'd). All starred( saved, important) texts etc do not save and ALL get deleted. Apps crash the phone evertime I try to use them PHONE SUCKS

Which message app your using the Google or Samsung?
If lot of apps crashing you may want to factory reset

Which carrier are you using? Make sure the APN settings are correct for the carrier.

Also, are Chat/RCS features turned on?
