I've been doing long exposures on every Samsung phone I've had since the Note 5. Unless Google named some fancy new feature with a standard term literally every modern phone with manual controls can do it.
Did some research, seems Google added more "software magic" to simplify the process. Although looking at samples of action pan, I have no idea why anyone would use that, it's significantly worse than early portrait mode when it comes to subject isolation.
Their long exposure looks nice, Apple has done that for years but Samsung can't natively pull that off without manual control and an ND filter to reduce light so its not over exposed.
