S22 Ultra-no calls or text messages

So the other day I wasn't receiving any calls or text messages, it wasn't until I was told "hey I have been calling you" that I realized there was a problem. A restart of the phone apparently corrected the issue, maybe. What I don't like is that I had no idea there was a problem. Anyone else deal with this?
 
I had that happen on my phone (S22U) and my bride's phone (S23U) last summer. we ended up changing carriers from TMO to AT&T.....no problem since. I'll stipulate that TMO worked very hard to address the situation, but just wasn't able to. Thankfully, AT&T service has been stellar. (for the record, we had been with TMO for several years without a problem, so this was frustrating.)
 
We have Verizon, and these are unlocked phones.
Have you contacted Verizon to see if there are towers being serviced where you live and work?

I have an unlocked S22 Ultra with unlocked firmware on Verizon. The update didn't cause any problems with phone calls.

I too had that problem a few months ago. Had not done a restart in a few weeks before that. Now I do a restart every evening and I have not had the problem again.
