Yes.. It was happening every 5 minutes with my last 21 Ultra.. then it would stop and maybe do it once every hour and then every minute.. and I did the factory reset I cleared the c a c h e and nothing worked. I then got the s23 ultra and it's still occurring Maybe 3 to 5 times a day. But nothing like my S21 Ultra. But it's still annoying does anybody have any advice. Please help thank you Larry

Welcome to AC!

Have you tried setting>general management>reset>reset settings?

I am having the same exact issue. I have swapped out 3, S23 ultras with the same random reboot issue.

I have tried -

- setting up clean, no restore any Data
- safe mode (heck, it crashes during set-up)
- clear cache
- factory reset uncountable times
- rolled back firmware to the version it shipped with. (First two weeks, before the update my first phone was flawless in operation)
- even when I rollback firmware (samfw) nothing changes, crashes and crashes.
- auto reboot

I am so frustrated with this phone, and this issue, I am about to return it. It is critical I have a working phone.

Any one else have success?

You say you've encountered that problem on three different S23 Ultras? Have they all used the same sim card?

Every phone has been a new sim card.

Other things I have tried...

- I had less rebooting for a few days using nova Laucher, but that doesn't work anymore....
- I deleted my Samsung.com account and setup a new one
- NEVER touched the Galaxy Store in the event it was a rouge app there

In the end all the same.

I have gone back and setup my RT-ax86u turned off wifi 6, and 5gz... Same thing.

Also, let my wifi off for the whole setup process and just run on VZW network.... Which I have a 700 down and 400 up connection usually

However, I am on 2.5G fiber and my RT-AXE1000 is much faster.

My s22U would only get max wifi of 1.2GB, this one will get me 2.1GB on 6e... I read they improved the chip

I have never had much luck with the Frija software, but will try again. I use Samfw, but the firmware always posts after the carrier pushes the update
