s23 Ultra (prev note) screen off memo how to set the background colour, ideally to white

There are hundreds of old posts and videos on this subject with regard to the samsung notes range which is now moved into the ultra range. So this is new thread to try and understand how to make the background of the "screen off memo" when you take the Spen out to, idealy white.

I feel you! The "screen off memo" is super handy. To tweak the background color when you whip out your S Pen, try this: Open Samsung Notes, hit the three-dot menu, choose Settings, then S Pen. There should be an option to change the background color for screen off memos.

but on a S23 Ultra there is no settings menu on "samsung notes" three dot menu for settings
