Question S24 lights up screen in the middle of the night!

Does anyone know how to fix it to where when you charge it and it gets to 100%, it doesn't light up the screen? So damn annoying! It woke me up twice last night. Once was when it got to 100% on the charger, I think. The 2nd time for no reason at all. No notifications or anything. This only happens on the charger, not any other time. I think it has some bugs in the firmware. I don't remember having this problem on the S23 Ultra.

That's odd, mine doesn't do that whether I'm charging via cable or wireless. Can you just turn it over?

I use AOD so don't experience this for any screen wake-up, make sure not using any 3rd party app notifications app?
