Turns out Samsung was right and a lot of people do prefer a very vivid and saturated display... can't make everyone happy.Reading a lot of disappointment from the vivid display gangs that the S24U displays vivid setting looks like the S22U natural setting. I rock natural on my S22U so as long as it looks like that with higher brightness, I'll be happy.
It's going to be hilarious if you end up thinking the phone looks washed out lol.Again I am happy to hear from rational people with normal eyes who can see the difference between regular green, and neon green grass. I am feeling better as more and more people state what the "pro" reviewers have been saying all along...that the S24U screen is bright, clear, and quite wonderful. So for those who think the screen is dull...either get your eyes checked, learn what color is normal, or send the phone back because maybe you got a lemon???
I don't have it in hand yet...should be today...so I can't speak to the screen settings. However, the RAM assist is entirely not needed! This thing has 12GB of RAM which is far more than enough for anything you can possibly need to do. Also, RAM is faster, and the only time the phone would swap to the "slower" storage chips as virtual RAM is when you overflow the 12GB of normal RAM. How many apps are you planning to keep open in the background? So what do most people keep theirs on like now mine is on Vivid and I do WQHD I think it is. And the ram assist I forget what mine is on or what is normally that most people do.
Hilarious??? NO...but if the screen DOES look like poop, and I cannot get it to look acceptable...I will happily send it back! I just know from previous experience with many phones that "some" people complain about everything they can possibly find! In many cases they simply do NOT know how to setup a computer properly! These are NOT "phones"...they're highly technical computers that just happen to be able to make a phone call amongst many other things! It's going to be hilarious if you end up thinking the phone looks washed out lol.
OK I don't keep that many open but there may be six or seven no more than 10 sometimes I just close everything out.I don't have it in hand yet...should be today...so I can't speak to the screen settings. Your wish is my commandDear Walter, thank you for providing these photos! If it is at all possible, could you maybe take similar indoor photos after sunset, i.e. when artificial light is on and no sunlight? And maybe with some light parts , i.e. where the light source directly shines in, and some shadowy parts where one would expect that the HDR may start its job more or less. That would be awesome!
Is there one for the Ultra?Instead of the existing pictures thread?
My favorite part....PET PICTURES!!!!Thought we need a separate thread for pictures taken with our new phones
