You are a brave soul.
I'll remember the clay tip. Our living room rug gets wet in one corner during high rain. We've only tried sand bags.
I live in a hail belt. When large storms hit, I grab my parrot & we hide in the bathroom where there are no windows. The noise of pounding hail stones is so loud.
Maybe I should be bring along a cocktail also! (Maybe the whole bottle.)
