Question S25 auto-refresh in weather app?

when I enable auto-refresh in s25 weather app. It comes up with this prompt saying notification of charges. What does it mean? Should I turn off auto refresh?

It just means that it's going to use background mobile data. Since you're not explicitly asking for a refresh and it's doing so in the background, people with limited data plans may not want this as it can use up their plans and make them run over (ergo, the warning about potential additional charges).
