S25+ Battery Draining

I bought my S25 Plus last September from Samsung. I was using an S23 Plus previously. The first thing I noticed was the awesome battery life. It lasted much longer than the S23. I'm a gig driver and I use the Walmart Spark app constantly for shopping orders. I could do an entire order and it would still be at 98%. I will admit that I probably plugged it into the charger in the car more than I needed to. I don't think I let it get below 75% too much. The phone is updated with all the current patches & apps are updated.

Well last week out of the blue it started draining FAST. I was able to get it down to 35% in probably 4 hours or so. I think that's the first time it ever saw 35%! The app support people are useless, they just say take it into a technician. I don't have any new apps and I really don't run much else when I'm working. Could this be a defective battery? Did I ruin it by charging or topping it off too often? Is there any way of testing the battery to see if its normal?

Here's a screenshot of my battery graph. Where its dropping fast is when I'm using the app. Without plugging it in it'll never last for a 10 hour day. This doesn't seem right for a fairly new phone, and especially when using the same app for work back when I got it and I could go a few hours and be over 90%.

The app just got an update on February 6. Perhaps the update is buggy.

No, the green is when it was on the charger. I put it on charge after midnight. Today I did not work my Spark gig but I had that app on for an hour and a half just watching the orders. I took it off charge at 7am and now 11 hours later I am at 10%. I gave it light use today. Less than 12 hours can't be normal for this battery.

I think you are referring to the regular Walmart shopping app. I see an available update from Feb. 7 but I did not install it yet. (my updates are set to manual). There is no update to the Spark Driver app since Jan. 19th but it was not like this until just recently.
