Got it yesterday. Everybody else in the world must have also as google was screwed up all day. That made it VERY difficult to get it set up. Google couldn't even connect to my wifi with the router 2' away. Said it was slow. Could not sign into google or my email & so on & so on. Slowly between yesterday & a good part of today I SLOWLY got most things working. (I think) Still finding things that are a little flaky. Gemini keeps failing to connect or drops the connection. Google maps showed a blank map for quite a while. Still can't figure out how to get this NOW bar to show up. Battery life is very good compared to my S22+. Been playing AB2 for 10 years now through 4 phones. Almost lost all my progress until late last night I finally got it straightened out.
I know I am in a poor reception area on T-mobile but my S22+ was able to do everything without these troubles. I have a feeling the antennae in the S25+ is not as good.

Is this only on wi-fi, or also when you're on mobile data? If it's only on wi-fi, try rebooting your router (by unplugging its power for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in again).

it's still new, we can't judge and do a review on it, unless around more 6 months to see how much durability

I tried separately shutting off both wifi & mobile data. Google still had trouble. Speedtest on the phone wifi=81M down & 110 up. On mobile data 10.1 down & .6 upload. My S22+ used to get about 25 down & about 15 upload. Still can't get the now bar.
Yesterday I think a lot of the google issues might have been from overloaded servers as Downdetector showed a lot of google issues across the country.
Yesterday worked with a very good T-mobile tech trying to resolve the issues. Switched phone to esim & ran for a bit on both sims. Then to preclude any conflicts we locked out the old physical sim card.

Did not try safe mode. After numerous failed attempts, was FINALLY able to get a human tech to text with me. Tried a number of things & finally did a reset of all connections. Slightly better but sometimes still get failures connecting to google using mobile. Unfortunately if mobile is shut off software does NOT default to wifi. Just says "no internet".
I know T-Mobile has a weak signal here but my S22+ was able to get by & not fail at basic functions like the S25+ does. Tech said problem is with T-Mobile. T-Mobile says no plans at this time for tower upgrades in my area as the dead people in the cemetery don't need a signal.:)
I don't want to, but I will probably return this phone & switch back to a Motorola when I move on from my S22+.

I received it on Friday and have been using it ever since, I tried not to make comparisons between the s23 ultra I had and this s25 ultra. But, the S25 feels faster, it feels light, I love the border frame especially. On the other hand what I must say that I do not like so far are the lack of BT in the Spen and I think that the camera of my device needs an urgent update, the photos are somewhat processed I do not notice them sharp as in the s23, The zoom doesn't work the way it did on the S23. I hope this will be resolved when the first update comes out.

Well. after a couple more days of trying to make this fone work, I think I will have to return this. Basic problem is everything is dependent on a good connection. Even trying to use the microphone can fail if it can't connect to google. Tried shutting off 5g to force to 4g , but had the same failures. Signal strength will go from 1 > 4 bars. Failure could come on any signal reading.

I like the fone but if it is this bad at my home what will it do elsewhere when I hit a weak signal area? I might need the fone at a time when it won't work.

If a device isn't working out for your needs I agree return it back and getting something different.
