S25 series DIAGNOSTICS doesn’t work because..

SETTINGS ...DEVICE CARE...DIAGNOSTICS functionality has been turned off by SAMSUNG. If you want to run the DIAGNOSTICS, Samsung has forced users to use the Samsung MEMBERS App. Open the app, select SUPPORT, then you can run DIAGNOSTICS. Why? Because Samsung does weird stuff.

Not sure how it would be different on a Flip 7, but that feature is definitely still in the Settings (and fully enabled, I just ran it, latest security patch/OS version). Are you in a beta program, perhaps?

Diags are still working for me in Settings, Device Care on my S25 Edge Unlocked with latest update.

Yesterday I searched when my DIAGNOSTICS didn't work. Found a reference to Samsung disabling it in Device Care to push people to Samsung Members.

Surprise, today DIAGNOSTICS under Decice Care is working again. I will try to find the reference I used the other day.

Samsung member's app had the diagnostics before they came out with Device Care then Device Care made it easier but was in both places.
