It does take a little bit to connect, but even in the middle of the forest, without huge open views of the sky it still worked and I was able to send/receive without a problem.
I wonder how long it will be until the cell providers start to charge for this service.

It's already built into their plans lols25+: no charge from verizon!!
I can't find it on mine. ATT unlocked.s25+: i just read in android authority that 25 series has satellite connectivity if out of range of cell towers, must be using google messages + verizon customer!!
i can't wait to try it next time out in the middle of nowhere!!
It is either built-in or they are roping people in. I thought the other carrier were subleasing through T-Mobile
I'm on Xfinity Mobile, and it looks like I do have satellite texting as in post #4.did you try post #4??
This is exactly how it appears on my 25 ultra on at&t with their most expensive plan. The "satellite connection settings" just isn't there.
