I came from a S22U, which was a bit flatter. With the S26U and the case I have, the Samsung Clear magnetic case:

the camera protection sticks out so far that I can't sit the phone on the desk and use it without wobbling. I have to hold it still with one hand and use with the other to text and things. It needs some sort of plastic bump in the opposite top corner to stop it from doing this. I love the case other than that, clear, super thin. Any ideas? Other than that, really enjoying the phone.

I had the Samsung case which was an easy choice after coupon for $4.99 but an awful case for the phone for reasons you described. The Spigen case is much better for less wobble and it worked great on my 25U.Screenshot_20260315_161118_Chrome.jpg

@uvarules - Thanks. I had a Spigen case for my S22U and liked it. Maybe I'll try one of those.

The only thing my case needs is a little plastic dot in the other top corner. They should have thought of that.

They made the phone thinner and the bump bigger so if you want a case that levels things, like you can get with all of the S lines before this, it will be a brick. A giant thick slab of a case.

Reason #14 that I'm glad I kept my S24U.

I got an Otterbox case that cancels out the wobble. It's a formidable case.
I hope you're right. I didn't see a single image of an S26 ultra on the site because I was curious how they made it wide enough to stop the wobble. You'll have to post pics when you get because this is one of those things I'll be Missourian about. Hahaha

I've been eyeing this one as it's really attractive, , but it seems really expensive for what amounts to textured silicon.

How is the magnet strength for a car mount, and does it work with a non magnet wireless charging pad?
The magnet is pretty strong. Can't comment on wireless charging as I don't use that.
And yes, it is somewhat expensive, but it's really well made and, as you say, very attractive.
