S3 and Nissan Rogue

Does anyone know how I can get my S3 to work with my 2011 NISSAN Rogue with the in car USB jack? I it works well with my Iphone before but when I try to plug in the S3 the car cannot detect the phone or access the music library.

Your HU probably had an Ipod/Iphone controller, which allowed you to go through songs/library through your HU.

I don't think it will detect your S3. Most don't have an android specific one. You'll just have to use your aux and control through your phone.

How do you have your music arranged on your phone?

You might want to put all of your music on your microSD card, in a folder named "Music." Or maybe you could just put your music directly on your card without putting it in a separate folder. Try various configurations just to see which music, if any, your stereo can find.

What kind of cord did u use to connect you s3....i just bought an s3 because my ipod broke and i cant find a cord to connect to my 2011 nissan rogue because it came with the ipod cord already installed
