s3 calls npt connecting.

[AC Question]

Hi my s3 has started acting up. When making or receiving calls it does not allow me to hear or be heard. The phone shows reception (bars) though often cuts out saying no reception availabe. Calls connect, counter showing but can not hear or be hear by caller, just silence.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! What network are you using? Try giving them a call and see if there are network issues.

Have you tried rebooting the phone?
