s3 charger broke

after having destroyed 2 x my 32gb memory card
now also my charger is not working anymore, its the charger that goes into the main and then with a usb cable
is there a fuse or anything in there?
others have had any issues with their charger also
its only 1 month old

It seems there is an issue with the plug part as both mine and a friends have both broken. I now use my iPad plug with the original samsung cable which works perfectly and is more convenient for me. I don't know of any official Samsung acknowledgement of the issue. Hope this helps

Pretty much any micro-USB charger rated at 800 mA or higher will work. But I recommend NOT getting one that's designed for Apple products. They will work, but will probably charge more slowly than one designed for non-Apple use.
