S3 charging port doesn't work. Phone is dead! How can I get my stuff off of it?

S3 charging port doesn't work. Phone is dead!

The cord port on my phone does not charge my phone and it has gone dead.
I am trying to transfer all my stuff from an S3 to an S5 but how can I if the S3 is dead?

Welcome to AC.

Put a charged S3 battery into the phone. A friendly repairer would probably help.

You could always replace the charging port. I just had mine done for $58. Or, do you know anyone else with an S3 whose battery you could borrow?
