S3 data usage far different to service provider..

Hello all,

Quick question for you, slightly unusual problem. As you can see in these two pictures, one shows the data usage from my phone, whilst the other is a screengrab from the EE application showing my remaining usage for the month. Now, I've been tracking it since July 29th as with the new billing period. According to EE, I've used 3.2gb, whilst my phone says I've used 1.98gb. I can see the message explaining that the service provider may account for data usage differently, but that difference is massive! I've spoken to EE on the phone and in store, but both failed to provide any reasonable advice..

If I were you, I'd go into an EE store and show them face go face instead of trying to explain it to them via phone.
 
Keep up with screen shots to the end of the period, using the provider info. If you get over charged for it, you will know where the problem is, and have data to prove it.
