S3 Factory Reset Help

I just purchased a new Samsung S5. I want to get my S3 ready for resale. Can someone advise on how to do a factory reset if that is what need to do in order to clean the phone for resale.

Just go to Settings>Backup & Reset, and select Factory Data Reset. Your phone will be wiped. Don't forget to take out the microSD card.
