S3 Google play store account problem

When I go to sing in into my Samsung S3 phone every time there is some problem and they that ( can't establish a reliable connection to the server)
Please solve it for me

Are you having a connectivity problem using WiFi or mobile data, or both?
If it's when using WiFi than is it happening just on one WiFi network (at home for example) or is it a problem trying to use other WiFi networks?
If it's when using a mobile data connection, again is this happening when you're in one place or is it happening everywhere you travel? Could just be you're not within range of a cell tower. If you're also having issues with things like phone calls you might want to contact your phone carrier and confirm your account is still active.
If you're having this problem using both WiFi and mobile data, try going into your Settings >> Application manager, find and open the 'Google Play Store' app in the listing, then tap the 'Force stop' button and then the 'Clear cache' button. Now try the Play Store app itself again to see if it's functional again.
