Im a big fan of every part of this phone and any issues I have can be solved with the forum which I am also a big fan of.

One of the issues though I can't figure out is that when someone emails from an Iphone to my exchange account, when I open the mail app, I cannot read the email at all, the formatting does not read properly in the mail app.

Does anyone know why or how to fix this?

Thanks

I send & receive emails from iPhone users daily and I've never seen this issue at all. I use the stock (non-Gmail) app via Google's exchange/active-sync service and I've never had an email fail to display correctly.

Is it all iPhone users or just a certain one?

All iPhone users. I think it has to do with the background color and text font. Samsung didn't make it easy to change the settings universally...

IPhone emails are all black text on white background. I think they may be plain text, actually, and not HTML or RichText. There's no way to manually change the colors on iOS, so not sure why that would be the issue.

I'm on my 4th Android phone and never had a problem with iOS emails not displaying.

I use an exchange account. Never have an issue like that.

I did set the power saving setting on and the black background was an issue with some emails. Is it all black? If so, maybe you need to turn off the background color in power savings setting.

That actually fixed everything, I turned off the background color on the power saving and I am good to go now,

thanks for the advice!
