S3 Not Starting

[AC Question]

Hello, i`m from Romania! My S3 is not starting...i`ve tried all that you guys said here and nothing! The problem is that the phone is starting for only 2 seconds but when the Samsung logo apears, it stays that way. The LED is turning from light blue to blue and that is all...I`ve tried whit Recovery Mode to delete cache and even to restore the phone to default!!...NOTHING!!

Do you have any ideas??

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried a new battery? If that doesn't work, try removing the microSD card, since a corrupt card can cause various problems.
