S3 on cm11 does not boot after empty battery(though it's charged now :D)

Hi everyone,

today my S3 shut down because of empty battery and since then does not boot any further than the black "Samsung" screen displaying the model name.

Recovery works, but seems unable to access the internal storage. I tried a factory reset but it did not change anything.

Can anyone help me with that?
