S3 time won't sync with phone

OK so I've had my S3 for a few months and have had no problems with it. Few days ago I reconnected it to my phone (Blackberry Priv) after fresh installing the OS which wasn't any problem. But for whatever reason the time just refuses to sync to the time on the phone. My phone has the correct time but the watch will always be an hour behind when it's connected not matter what time I set on the phone. Disconnected from the phone, obviously I can manually set the time to the correct one.

I've tried resetting the watch again and the same problem. What gives?
