S3 trouble

My galaxy s3 has been going in and out of car mode continuously for about 3 days, I can't send texts or make phone calls and sometimes the screen goes back and forth for ten mins so I can't use it at all, what should I do?

Have you tried rebooting it recently?

If rebooting the phone doesn't help, shut the phone down and pull the battery for a couple of minutes, then put it back in and power up. I doubt that clearing the cache would help, so I won't suggest that, but if the battery pull doesn't help then you're probably looking at a Factory Reset. If the phone isn't stable enough to perform a Factory Reset from within the Settings menu then you can just boot it up in Recovery mode (with the phone turned completely off, press and hold the Volume Up & Home & Power buttons, and only release them after you see the Samsung logo flash) and do it that way.
