S3 Unfortunately, TouchWiz Home Has stopped

i tried clear cache,change to easy mode,motion off
still i am facing the same problem after remove battery and put back
please help me
still i did not reboot

If turning the phone off, then back on doesn't fix it, you may have to reflash the ROM (see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN - it's really a boring procedure). If it won't reflash, you may have a hardware problem.
