S3 using mobile network instead of Wifi when available

Is this possible? I am sure it was on an older android but cant find it on a S7 Edge or Samsung A3

I have a Samsung S7 Edge as well as a Samsung A3 (2016), can I set the phone to give WiFi priority over mobile networks when WiFi signal is good and switch automatically to mobile network when out of WiFi signal range?
