S4 acting up

When i plug my s4 into the computer, it will not detect my device. Also,when I plug in to charge, it vibrates every few seconds like when you first plug it in. It just started happening out of the blue. No noticeable damage,never got wet. It will charge,but very slowly. Switched batteries with a working s4 with the same results. HELP I JUST PAID IT OFF!

Did you try a different phone cord?

Seeing how its not charging correctly or cannot be detected... The phone cord and phone data /charging port are next in line to be tested.

Yes, I tried a working cord. Thanks for responding.
