Question S4 Active needs attention

Why is the light on my old Galaxy S4 Active pulsing blue and the screen is stuck on the AT&T logo? Can I fix it?

That's an exceedingly old phone, so it's likely that the firmware has become corrupt or the motherboard has failed. Even if it was working correctly, you wouldn't be able to do many of the usual things, since it probably doesn't support modern apps or websites. Does it have any crucial data that you never backed up?
