s4 battery issue

hello.
i bought a new original battery from samsung shop for my s4 (2 years old ) but still drains fast really i dont know where is the problem

Do a search for "battery" in this forum and you will find a bunch of threads about the problem. There is several things you can try. Be sure the lightening bolt appears in the battery icon when charging. Be sure you have a strong Wifi and Phone signal! Try a restart! Remove the memory card! These seem to be the most common problems!
