I don't often listen to music from the phone to the car radio ... but yesterday when I tried it would not work.

Everything is paired correctly, I even deleted and paired again.

Samsung Galaxy S4 (VZW) in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I have had no issues before now.

I did get a small update of sorts on 10/29/13 but can remember listening to music via Bluetooth on the phone since (specifically on the way to a family gathering on the Sunday before Veteran's Day).

I have checked the Bluetooth settings and media is selected.

Phone via Bluetooth appears to work fine.

Any suggesitons?

Thanks!

Does your car radio support Bluetooth music? Maybe you had it hard wired previously?

Set the car radio source to BT AUDIO?

It does support BT, as mentioned I had been listening ....

I will check the settings on the radio again.

Thanks.

Try in unchecking media audio in your bluetooth systings on your phone when connected to you car. If that doesn't work try deleting the pairing on both the car and the phone and repare your phone

I gave up - reset the phone - it works fine now - so it was something on the phone and not the radio.

Thanks.

There was an issue with Bluetooth on earlier android systems that required a reset after updating the software. Sounds like yours had that problem.
